The hare is a recurring theme in the works of Barry Flanagan OBE (1941 – 2009). This leaping example at Broadgate in London, hovers above a crescent moon and a bell.
Flanagan, originally from North Wales, studied architecture in Birmingham and then went on to study sculpture at St Martin’s School of Art in London.
